KATSI's senior management team is composed of professionals with the right mix of backgrounds suited to our business. Each member of the team has his / her own expertise / responsibilities. However, more often than not, their skills and experience intertwine to guarantee the quality and dependability of the final output.

Mr. Basu is a chartered Information Systems Professional (I.S.P.) of Canada and a member of Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS) since 1985. He has a Masters Degree from the State University of New York in Geographic Information System and a BA in Computer Science from York University, Toronto. He has been involved in the IT industry for more than 15 years. He has worked for private sector organizations and government departments in Saskatchewan and Ontario. Mr. Basu's unique background combines extensive and varied experience in the management of Information Technology functions and projects.

Mr. Srinivasan has an Executive MBA from Georgia State University, Atlanta and a M.S in Electronic Engineering. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Software Technology. He has over 12 years experience at technical, management and executive levels in MIS and data processing. His wide ranging experience includes working as an executive officer of a company, an accounts manager, a process designer, a database modeler and a DBA on several platforms, including IBM mainframe, UNIX and NT.

Mr. Ghose has a law degree from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario and a Masters degree in Social Work from Carlton University, Ottawa. He is a former Adjudicator with Immigration Canada. He has worked as a Human Rights Officer for the Government of Alberta, an Appeals Officer for the Information and Privacy Commissioner's office in Ontario and as a Policy Analyst with the Worker's Compensation Board in Ontario. Mr. Ghose has specialized in Immigration law.

Mr. Iyengar has over 30 years of background in finance and labor law. He has been involved in many contract negotiations between KATSI and its clients. Also, he has specialized in financing of small and medium size businesses in North America. 

Mr. Essack has a BA degree from University of London, UK. He has been responsible for office administration for over 10 years. He also has extensive background in immigration issues and also functions as an immigration consultant.
